Information We Collect
To create an account and process orders, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, and shipping/billing address. When you pay online, payment details are handled directly by Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to verify your identity (via one-time email codes), process and deliver your orders, communicate order updates, and respond to support requests. We don't use your data for anything beyond running the store and improving your experience with it.
Email & OTP Codes
Sign-in codes are sent from a dedicated email address and are used only to verify that you own the email address you're signing in with. We don't use your email for marketing unless you separately opt in (for example, via our newsletter signup).
Payment Information
All online payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Sheeren Parfume does not store your card number, CVV, or UPI credentials on our own servers at any point.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is shared only with the service providers necessary to fulfil your order — such as our payment gateway and courier partners — solely for that purpose.
Data Retention
We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember your cart and preferences. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
