Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Each fragrance is carefully inspected, cushioned, and sealed before it leaves our facility to make sure it reaches you exactly as it left us.
Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery takes up to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders sooner, while remote or non-serviceable pincodes may take a little longer. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Shipping Charges
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required.

Delays & Exceptions

Packaging
Because our bottles are glass and the contents are precious, every order is packed with protective inner cushioning inside a sealed outer box to prevent leakage or breakage in transit.
