These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sheeren Parfume website (sheeren.in) and any purchase made through it. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Accounts are created and accessed using a one-time code sent to your email address — no password is required or stored for this purpose. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, since it's used to verify your identity and view your orders.
Product Information
We describe every fragrance as accurately as possible, including notes, concentration, and volume. Actual scent perception can vary from person to person due to skin chemistry, so we're unable to guarantee that a fragrance will smell identical on you as described.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep stock information accurate, but availability isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed (via Razorpay) or, where available, once a Cash on Delivery order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Sheeren name, logo, product photography, and written descriptions — is the property of Sheeren Parfume and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Sheeren Parfume is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond the value of the order in question, except where such limitation isn't permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to our registered place of business.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
