Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for Returns
As fragrances are personal care products, we're only able to accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect — not for opened, used, or change-of-mind requests. This is standard across the perfume industry and helps us guarantee that every bottle we ship is sealed, authentic, and untouched.
Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sheerenofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number and photos (or a short unboxing video, if possible) of the product and packaging. Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for return.
Condition for Return
Eligible items must be unused, unopened, with the original seal, cap, and packaging intact, and returned in the outer box they arrived in. Products without their original packaging or with a broken seal cannot be accepted back, except in cases of manufacturing defect confirmed by our team.
Replacements
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we'll arrange a free replacement wherever the same product and variant are in stock. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll offer a full refund instead.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer, so we'll ask for your account details separately over email.
Non-Returnable Situations
We're unable to accept returns for opened or used bottles, products without original packaging, orders reported after 48 hours of delivery, or dissatisfaction with a scent choice — please use our fragrance descriptions and notes to help pick the right one before ordering.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they're dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, though the return process above will apply if it arrives damaged or incorrect.
